If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags attached

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear, washing, deodorant, makeup, scent, or damage.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Item's on sale

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll ship your exchange item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for your return


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without the need for justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with all tags attached. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy conditions.
